I've forgotten my screen name or password, what can I do? (DE, OH, PA, WV, IL, IN, MI, VA, NY, CO, ON, LA, IA, AZ)

If you have forgotten your screen name, keep in mind that you may log in using your registered e-mail address instead. If you cannot remember either one, you will need to reach out to Player Support for assistance.
 

If you need to reset your password, you will need to handle this manually as Player Support does not have access to sensitive information such as passwords.
 

• To begin, click on the Log In screen at the top-right of the page and select "Reset Password"

• Enter your E-mail Address and Date of Birth in the field that follows.

• Next, locate the message from BetRivers containing a 6-digit PIN. 

• After confirming this code, you'll simply need to enter your new password twice and click 'Set password'. Note that your password must be 8-64 characters and contain at least one letter and one number.

• Simply click submit, and you will be notified via a pop-up that your request was successful. You may now use your new password to log in and play!
